Founder y Chef

Hola mi gente! My name is Krystal, and I birthed this beauty back in September 2020 during the pandemic. Here I am, building her up because, for me, Boricua Empanadas are made with love. It's the food that brings me comfort and the food that brings me the most joy. It's a great privilege and honour for me to share my abuelita's, my mother's, my tia's, and my ancestors' recipes from la isla más bonita, Boriquen Puerto Rico WEPA, with the New Smyrna Beach community. When you visit, I hope you enjoy your experience at Boricua Empanadas. I can't wait to feed you!
